"Sometimes there are no words" I'm finally landing after a profoundly unforgettable experience at my first Breathwork class last night. The room was flooded with love, unwavering compassion, and support. Every participant had their own unique experience. But one thing that was shared was the ability to finally release and let go. Giving themselves permission to be vulnerable and held emotionally in the safety of the group. It is a BLESSING to do this work, and a blessing to journey with each and every one of you.
