With over a decade of clinical experience as a fully qualified Person-Centered Experiential Therapist, I offer professional supervision designed to support therapists in their ongoing growth, resilience, and ethical practice. Clinical supervision is more than a professional requirement—it’s a vital and nourishing space to pause, reflect, and refine your work. In our sessions, you’ll have a confidential, collaborative, and non-judgmental environment in which to explore your clinical practice, review complex client dynamics, and address the challenges that inevitably arise in therapeutic work. Together, we can navigate ethical dilemmas, explore professional boundaries, and develop strategies that help you stay grounded, resourced, and effective in your role.

My approach to supervision is both supportive and challenging in the best sense—encouraging you to think critically while also holding space for your own personal and professional well-being. While grounded in the principles of Person-Centred Experiential Therapy, I also integrate holistic modalities such as breathwork and Reiki where appropriate. These tools can open up new perspectives, deepen insight, and enhance self-awareness, helping you maintain a strong connection to yourself while you hold space for others. I believe that supervision should not only protect the client’s best interests but also sustain and inspire the therapist.

When available, I will offer flexible supervision formats to suit different needs and learning styles, including one-to-one sessions, small group supervision, and online or in-person options. Whether you are newly qualified and seeking a supportive foundation, or an experienced practitioner looking for a fresh perspective and deeper exploration, supervision can help you maintain high standards of practice while continuing to grow in confidence and skill.

The aim of this work is to strengthen your clinical competence, support ethical decision-making, and offer a safe and reflective space where you can explore challenges, celebrate successes, and evolve as a practitioner. While this service is not currently available, it will be launching soon—and I look forward to offering a space where your work as a therapist can be enriched, supported, and sustained for the long term.
